For decades, Ray Signorello has worked intimately with wines and wineries, both in distribution and winemaking.  He is the visionary force behind Evolution Fine Wines and Proprietor of Signorello Estate winery in Napa Valley.

Born in San Francisco and raised in Vancouver, Ray's idea for Evolution grew out of his desire to provide Canada's finest restaurateurs and retailers access to a select profile of the world's best wineries.
